1. What We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.

Brand data: Brand names, URLs, aliases, competitors, and search queries you configure for monitoring.

Scan results: AI engine responses, extracted mentions, position data, and audit scores generated by the service.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and transaction history but never see or store your card number.

Usage data: Credit balance, transaction logs, and scan history for billing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the monitoring and audit services you request
To process payments and manage your credit balance
To send scan results, alerts, and service notifications
To improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Processors

Your data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure:

Database: PostgreSQL on private servers (not cloud-hosted)
Application: Self-hosted via Coolify on private infrastructure
CDN/DNS: Cloudflare (for routing and SSL)
Payments: Stripe (PCI-compliant payment processor)

AI engine queries (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) are sent to their respective APIs to perform scans. These queries contain your brand name and configured search terms — not your personal data.

4. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Scan results: retained for 12 months for trend analysis, then archived
Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting law

5. Your Rights

GDPR (EU/EEA): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact [email protected].

CCPA (California): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we don't sell data).

All users: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
