Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

GEO Monitor uses a prepaid credits model. Credits are purchased in packs and used to run scans and audits. Credits do not expire for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchase, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Failed scans: Scans that fail due to AI engine outages or timeouts are not charged credits. If a scan fails due to a bug on our end, credits are automatically refunded.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate immediately.

Non-Refundable

Credits that have been used for completed scans or audits are non-refundable. This includes scans where the AI engine returned a valid response but did not mention your brand (that is the expected behavior for brands with low AI visibility).

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction you'd like refunded. We process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Auto-Refill Purchases

If you have auto-refill enabled, the same refund policy applies to auto-refill purchases. You can disable auto-refill at any time from your billing settings.
